Elfa provides logistics and transportation services in the United States, as well as payment technology platforms globally through our Yeri platform. Our services include freight transportation, warehousing, payment processing, and related technology solutions.

You agree not to use our services in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and the Yeri platform, are the exclusive property of Elfa and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
5. Limitation of Liability
Elfa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Elfa and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
